Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- ADN or BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Current Ohio RN license (or eligible within 90 days)
- BLS/CPR certification (required within 30 days)
- Passing score on NCLEX exam
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
