Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across diverse clinical units under guidance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per hospital protocols
- Document patient assessments and outcomes in electronic health records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations
- Complete required clinical residency modules and certifications
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- Active Ohio RN license or eligibility (NCLEX pass required)
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Completion of clinical rotations or nursing program
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
