Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts, including assessment, treatment planning, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Monitor and document patient conditions using advanced EHR systems
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and California Board of Nursing regulations
- Provide patient and family education on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous training
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
