Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during overnight hours across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals and respond swiftly to emergency situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Lead patient assessments and prioritize critical care needs

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
