Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and compassionate patient care while monitoring vital signs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient histories, assessments, and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, post-discharge care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and escalate issues to charge nurses or physicians when necessary.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
