Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Monitor and document patient progress using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking and rapid intervention skills
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
