Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments and interventions during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Respond emergently to critical situations with calm expertise
- Mentor new staff and uphold evidence-based nursing practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license or compact state eligibility
- BSN preferred; associates degree considered with experience
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
