Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients overnight, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to emergency situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Supervise LPN/CNA staff and ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced overnight environment
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred
