Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Excellent critical thinking and assessment skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred
