Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical patient events
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital protocols

Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in emergency/critical care nursing
- Exceptional critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced overnight care environments
