Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to emergent situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Mentor new staff and uphold evidence-based practice standards

Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (or compact license with Texas endorsement)
- BSN preferred; ASN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced nocturnal environments
