Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with swift clinical judgment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Active NM RN license with unrestricted status
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Minimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience
- Proven proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations
