Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care assessments and interventions during night shift hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with critical thinking skills
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Current Oregon RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care or critical care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
