Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care during overnight shifts in acute care units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergent situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide patient education and support to families during night hours
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years of experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
