Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations in ICU/Stepdown units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using electronic health records
- Respond to critical situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Joint Commission standards
- Lead patient education on chronic disease management
- Mentor new nurses through our residency program
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- BSN degree or higher (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with night shift preference
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) proficiency
- Expertise in telemetry monitoring and ventilator management
- Strong proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
