Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments, interventions, and care coordination during night shifts
- Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Document patient encounters using our advanced electronic health record system
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and code blue activations
- Mentor junior staff and maintain compliance with JCAHO standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR documentation
- Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
