Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care assessments, monitoring, and interventions during night shift hours
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and critical thinking
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital policies

Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred for specialty areas)
