Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and treatment implementation
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems with precision and timeliness
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Michigan (required)
- ACLS and BLS certifications (current)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience (preferred)
- BSN degree or equivalent (ADN with experience considered)
- Demonstrated proficiency in night shift workflows and protocols
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
