Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and conditions continuously, responding promptly to any changes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment during night shifts.
