Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care during night shift hours
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for treatment planning
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Complete remote administrative tasks (charting, scheduling) from home
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license required
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with remote documentation workflows
