Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across multiple units during night shifts
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient records with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations using advanced clinical skills
- Mentor new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
