Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night shifts with emphasis on critical assessment and intervention
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations with swift action
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Supervise LVNs and CNAs while ensuring regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
