Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients during night shift hours
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment
- Mentor new nursing staff and students
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Night shift availability (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
