Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessment and intervention in critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation in EHR systems
- Lead rapid response team activations during emergency situations
- Mentor new staff and implement evidence-based nursing practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care plans
- Monitor and maintain advanced life support equipment and protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years critical care or ICU experience required
- BSN degree or equivalent (MSN preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Epic EHR documentation systems
- Excellent critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient acuity levels
