Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (recent graduates encouraged)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
