Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records
- Provide patient education on health conditions and self-care management
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to compassionate patient care
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation
