Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in assigned clinical units adhering to established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments and care plans using EMR systems with precision
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency interventions
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Recent nursing graduate from an accredited program or within 6 months of graduation
- BLS certification with willingness to obtain ACLS within 90 days
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical situations

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
