Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control procedures
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Recent nursing graduate with less than 1 year of experience welcome
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
