Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient history and care plans accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment.
- Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate care.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Active RN License in the state of Virginia.
- CPR and BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
- No prior experience required (New Grads Welcome!).
