Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care strategies
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
- Participate in shift reports and handovers for continuity of care
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio (or eligible to obtain)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN required)
