Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized, compassionate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments strictly in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical observations accurately and in real-time.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.
- Maintain a sterile, organized, and safe clinical environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and high-volume environments.
