Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive remote patient assessments and triage via telehealth platforms.
- Manage and document patient care plans, medications, and clinical notes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and care instructions.
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and escalations in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all state nursing regulations and company compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland (or compact state).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telehealth, home health, or critical care.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
