Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage via secure telehealth platforms.
- Document patient interactions, medical histories, and care plans accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams to develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide patient education and support to ensure understanding of treatment protocols and medication adherence.
- Monitor patient health status and escalate critical issues to the appropriate medical personnel immediately.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries from patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- CPR and BLS certification (ACLS preferred depending on specialty).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience (acute care or telehealth experience preferred).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high attention to detail.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of residency in the United States.
