Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans remotely.
- Monitor patient vitals and symptoms via secure telehealth platforms and report findings to the supervising physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document all clinical interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient wellness and treatment continuity.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to ensure understanding of care plans and treatment goals.
- Document all nursing interventions in electronic health records (EHR) in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
