Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, sterile environment
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of patient care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or ability to obtain immediately
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong communication skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments
