Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient assessments and triage via telehealth platforms
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams remotely
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals through digital systems
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems

Qualifications
- Active GA RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong proficiency with digital health records (Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
