Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management plans
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
