Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Clinical Care: Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure optimal care coordination.
- Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
