Responsibilities
Monitor patient progress and respond to critical changes in condition immediately.Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to medical protocols and physician orders.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans.Document patient history, symptoms, treatment responses, and care plans accurately and timely.Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursing station to ensure a hygienic environment.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois.Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate within a diverse team.
