Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document EHR entries accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Assist in emergency response situations and rapid assessment
- Educate patients and families on health management procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license with no restrictions
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
