Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in alignment with facility protocols and clinical standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records (EHR) accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations
- Provide patient education and support to families during critical transitions
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with clinical competence
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse clinical environments
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts across various Seattle locations
