Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop optimal patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient conditions.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with hospital standards.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (BSN preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure and provide excellent patient service.
