Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care following evidence-based protocols and hospital standards
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and treatment responses with meticulous documentation
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions under physician supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and discharge instructions

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Florida Registered Nurse license (or eligibility)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience during nursing program
