Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical settings, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Document patient observations, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records with precision

Qualifications
