Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, urgent care, and specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient education and discharge planning for optimal recovery
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with critical thinking and composure
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities
- Proficient in electronic health record systems (EPIC/Cerner experience a plus)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
