Responsibilities
- Deliver Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols.
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changing patient conditions.
- Shift Coverage: Fill open shifts in various departments including ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (Travel/Agency experience preferred).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel between healthcare facilities.
