Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough physical assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to all safety protocols and legal requirements.
- Vital Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure comprehensive patient recovery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records and patient logs.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist with code blue situations when necessary.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current and active RN license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technology: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
