Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to hospital protocols.
- Document patient care plans, progress notes, and medical histories accurately and timely.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the wider healthcare team.
- Adhere to all safety standards, infection control procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families regarding care plans.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) degree required.
- Current, active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification mandatory; ACLS preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
