Responsibilities
- Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes under the guidance of senior nursing staff.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments according to established protocols, verifying patient allergies and contraindications.
- Monitor Patient Status: Continuously observe and document vital signs, pain levels, and any changes in patient condition using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Communicate effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient transitions and care continuity.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Strictly follow infection control policies, OSHA regulations, and hospital safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Adapt to various shift rotations (Day, Evening, Night, Weekend) as required to meet patient care demands.
Qualifications
- Education: Current RN license issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing or Georgia Board of Nursing. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience: No prior clinical experience required; New Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and computer systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
