Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of charge nurses and physicians.
- Monitor patient health status by performing physical exams and detailed clinical assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and acute changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred for new grads).
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
